This course consists of eight dishes in total, starting with Kyoto dashi oden, followed by a special tuna salad, sashimi made with fresh fish caught that morning, fresh bluefin tuna fatty tuna rolls, deep-fried tuna cutlet, charcoal-grilled Satsuma chicken, seafood chirashi sushi, and seasonal sweets.We use an abundance of produce from the sea and mountains and carefully prepare the ingredients to bring out their natural flavors.A luxurious lineup perfect for special occasions such as banquets, business meetings, and anniversaries!
